Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MuslimStandards operated by MuslimStandards at muslimstandards.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Services
MuslimStandards provides SaaS tools for compliance training management, including content creation, assignment tracking, analytics, and related features. We may modify features from time to time.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- violating laws or third-party rights,
- attempting unauthorized access or disruption,
- uploading malicious code or harmful content, or
- reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the service.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed per your subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, software, and related materials are owned by MuslimStandards and licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership is transferred to you.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for performing obligations under these Terms.
9. Warranties Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws at the principal place of business of MuslimStandards, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
